生命中有那麼多美好的事物與時光。有幸能夠徜徉在靈光乍現的詩情中，無論是珍貴記憶的聯想，或是未知世界的啟發，在如詩的抽象雕塑中都能以最純粹簡鍊、最具包容性的意象來詮釋這樣的勝景。

簡單是複雜的極致。抽象雕塑是以簡馭繁的簡化美學，一如淘金術般層層冶煉、篩選出獨具靈性的美學本質，或足以撼動人心的吉光片羽。學院背景出身，從事抽象雕塑創作逾三十年的施承澤，擅長將日常生活中對美學的感通，極致化約為深刻雋永的元素，在言簡意賅中凝聚純淨的能量。其作品特質在簡約中大器而渾厚，充滿戲劇張力又講究細節，以活潑而饒富創見的現代風格，闡述當代的人文風貌。

施承澤抽象雕塑創作展的23件創作，從東方情懷的細膩人文思維出發，援引當代視覺藝術在形色上明快的表現手法，引領觀眾在豐富的詩情想像中，親身體驗一場大千世界的美學饗宴。

There are so many beautiful things and times in life. I am fortunate to be able to wander in the poetic mood that suddenly strikes me. Whether it is the association of precious memories or the inspiration of the unknown world, such poetic abstract sculptures can be interpreted with the purest, simplest and most inclusive image to interpret such a beautiful scene.

Simplicity is the ultimate in complexity. Abstract sculpture is a simplified aesthetic that uses simplicity to control complexity. It is like gold mining, smelting and sifting out the unique spiritual aesthetic essence, or the auspicious light that can shake people’s hearts. Jason Shih, who came from an academic background and has been engaged in abstract sculpture creation for more than 30 years, is good at reducing the aesthetic perception in daily life into profound and meaningful elements, condensing pure energy in concise words. The characteristics of his works are simplicity yet grandeur, full of dramatic tension and attention to detail. They illustrate contemporary humanistic features with a lively and creative modern style.

The 23 creations in Jason Shih’s abstract sculpture exhibition start from the delicate humanistic thinking of Eastern sentiments and invoke the bright expression techniques of contemporary visual art in form and color, leading the audience to experience an aesthetic feast of the world in the rich poetic imagination.
