色彩之於造形，一如戲服與角色的關係。在劇場中，一個角色的形象往往從戲服上展現風生水起的張力，其戲服的調性也成為性格上給人鮮明的意象。

造形如果是風格的主體構成，色彩則是造形的光譜，性格的風味。現代造形中所有冷豔的、熱烈的、內斂的、張狂的、晦澀的、明亮的都是色彩的滋味與風情。色彩有強化調性的能力與激情，能啟發或渲染令人耳目一新的感性。

Color is to the shape as the relationship between costumes and characters. In the theater, the image of a character is often displayed through the tension of the costumes, and the tone of the costumes also becomes a vivid image of the character.

If shape is the main component of style, color is the spectrum of shape and the flavor of character. All the cool, warm, restrained, arrogant, obscure and bright in modern shape are the flavor and style of color. Color has the ability and passion to strengthen the tonality, and can inspire or render refreshing sensibility.
