畢卡索曾說：所有你能想像的都是真實的。

雕塑創作是親身體驗想像與造化的過程。舉凡人情事物、風光景致，或是現實生活、想像世界中包羅萬象的題材，無不是雕塑創作的精采舞台。所謂“超以象外，得其環中”，雕塑家總是以赤子之心般的好奇來探索大千世界的美好，也賦予創作材料概念化的想像空間。無論是寫實的或抽象的創作手法，雕塑家都能在雕塑創作中，以出眾的美學視野和時代創新的見解，來體現當代的社會人文或心象自然風貌。

本次展覽，由臺北藝術大學背景的7位雕塑家所組成的造形事務所成員聯展。秉持一期一會、熱中創作的初心，匯聚豐沛多元的創作能量，誠摯與觀眾分享美好藝術的信念，為新北市民帶來25件精彩的當代雕塑美學饗宴。敬邀市民朋友們一起來領會與探索當代藝術裡，雕塑家眼中萬千世界的美好風采。

Picasso once said: Everything you can imagine is real.

Sculpture is a personal experience of imagination and creation. Human nature, landscapes, and the myriad of subjects from real life and the imaginary world all present a splendid stage for sculpture. As the saying goes, “going beyond the image to grasp the essence,” sculptors always explore the beauty of the world with childlike curiosity, imbuing their creative materials with the power of imagination. Whether using realistic or abstract creative techniques, sculptors can use outstanding aesthetic vision and innovative insights of the times in their sculpture creation to reflect contemporary social humanities or mental and natural features.

This exhibition is a joint exhibition by members of the Studio Sculpture, a group of seven sculptors with backgrounds in Taipei National University of the Arts. Adhering to the principle of “once in a lifetime” and passionate about creation, they bring together abundant and diverse creative energy and a sincere commitment to sharing beautiful art with the audience. They present 25 stunning contemporary sculptures for the citizens of New Taipei City. We cordially invite you to come and appreciate and explore the beauty of the world through the eyes of sculptors in contemporary art.
