Both stillness and observation are ways of understanding the world. Stillness—is about being able to look back at oneself in another parallel universe, thus detaching oneself from that sense of being trapped or complacent. When placed in another mirror-like world, the displaced time and space can synchronously reflect one’s current state of mind. Observation—by maintaining an open and subtle sense of time, we, with our clarity, can encounter various opportunities in the future.
The known is a recurring mental circuit, providing the framework for maintaining and supporting the world we face within the framework of experience—that is, stability. However, through a journey like a revolving door, we can witness and experience more diverse interpretations and coping methods. In this constantly flowing space-time, the mind opens up freely like breathing, allowing us to face the world and our own possibilities with greater tolerance.
